More young people are showing interest in permaculture farming.
Though there are many challenges facing them.
With the support of many other people that see and recognize permaculture as an environmentally friendly way of farming, these young women and men could overcome their challenges step by step
SDG GOAL2= ZERO HUNGER!
Can modern farming make farming in Africa more attractive to young people? Would you like to join others in your community to experience living and growing your own food on the farm?
We are not going to the Mars but we intend to create environmental friendly farm “OKO WA”. We want to live there and grow our foods there. Good news is, you can come with us. You can also visit us and you can volunteer on our farm.
Young people want to join hands together and create farm settlements. You can assist them!
Many of the rejected asylum seekers and stranded migrants do not know if to return to Africa or continue to struggle with the depression that threat of deportation has imposed on many rejected asylum seekers. But some want to return home, sweet home!
Most of these young women and men fail to make up their minds to return home because the home they left behind is still not in the position to offer them security and job. Farm settlements will not only allow young people to feed themselves it would allow them to feed other people as well.
Lack of basic welfare and basic healthcare and lack of jobs are some of the reasons why many young people left their home, some through dangerious routes.
Join our multicultural farm settlement. A farm without discrimination.
”OKO WA” ist gefördert durch Stiftung Nörd-Süd-Brücken

Together we can make farming attractive for young people.
You want to be our local partner in your country in Africa?
Two heads are better than one.
Farm settlements are not new to Africa. They were there in many African countries but in most cases mismanaged and abandoned. Farm settlements were killed by many governments simply because they want the people to sterve. They want people to be hungry because only when people are hungry could they be controled.
Help young people to grow their own food. Help them get the necessary training for modern farming.
You can partner with us to bring back modern farm settlements to your locality.
Together we can make farming attractive to young people in Africa.
Africa is blessed with enough fertile land and best weather to make farming productive. Modernised farming is making farming more attractive
There are many successful farmers in Africa.
However, going into farming with the old methods do not encourage young people to develop interest in farming.
Modern farming methods including hydropholics are making farming more interesting.
We want to encourage young people to go back to the land and produce food.
If your asylum application is rejected and you think you are wasting much of your time without perspective, think about joining us on a farm settlement in Africa.
